Jack Naiper or Jack Quinn, was someone many people knew if not by personally meeting the man then by seeing him on the news so offten for one thing or another. To say the least Jack wad someone Gotham citizens feared, and who most didn't want to make a enemy out of.
Currently Jack was boredly picking dirt out of his nails with his pocket knife as one of his men where dragging away some he had just killed.
