I'm a full-time high school English teacher trying to find the time and inspiration to creatively contribute to the world. When I was younger, I would spend hours poring over any science-fiction I could get my hands on. I especially enjoyed the titles with colorful, dynamic book covers. I would write stories of my own trying to incorporate all elements of my favorite images; it was tough making all the parts make sense in a narrative, but I recall enjoying the challenge. Later in life (early high school), I found Tolkien through Peter Jackson's movies, and have gradually been scraping through the rabbit hole of genre fiction since. The end is nowhere in sight. I hope to use this space to play in some of my favorite settings (cyberpunk, steampunk, high fantasy, and more). Here's to happy reading in your near future (I hope)!
