Hi, I'm Em and I've been lurking around the domains of Wattpad for a number of years now. Wattpad has always shown me how normal, everyday people like you and me can write fantastic stories, even without the backing of large publishing companies or extravagant marketing strategies. Seriously, I've read paperbacks that can never match up to some of the works I've read on Wattpad. 

So I'm really inspired to right my own novel.. that is, when I have the time. I'm currently caught up with graduating exams (one of them being English Literature) but once they're over, it won't be long before I delve into the enchanting world of writing and start penning down stories that have been swarming around aimlessly in my head, begging to be heard.

I'll most probably write romance, because that's what us teenagers are all too familiar with, and perhaps, slowly ease into other genres like horror or adventure. Harry Potter is definitely my favourite series of all time and I have yet to find any other novel that surpasses the great works of J.K Rowling. Nevertheless, I thoroughly enjoyed books like Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children, the Series of Unfortunate Events novels, and the Delirium trilogy. Many of them may be considered children literature but I feel that they contain very mature themes that even adults can greatly appreciate. I don't know, but maybe its the fact that authors are able to incorporate dark and ominous elements into so-called "children's books" really intrigues me. I'm also really into The Walking Dead, and hope to write some zombie literature as well. 

I guess that's all, for now.
