Hey! Thanks so much for following me...
As for your question, simply click on that "Create" button up there with the lightning bolt, next to the "Discover" search bar. You'll be redirected to "My Stories". Click on the "New Story" button. Anything after that should be easy as pie ;)
You can do something similar on the mobile app, but I wouldn't recommend it.
