What began as a small basketball story (Flowstate) grew into a full universe of rhythm, flavor, and legacy - stretching across sports, cooking, racing, and quiet moments between worlds.

I write the way I live: slow, grounded, and cinematic. Every sound, every flavor, every silence matters.
