Go to settings. Scroll down and flick “Help & Support” then click “chat with virtual helper.” It’s a Robot that will ask you questions about your problem. Then a real person that works for wattpad will send you a email and ask you to explain exactly how you lost your story. And if they are able to recover it. They’ll let you know!
