maybe don’t say 
            that you can’t shift—
            you totally can and
            are completely 
            capable of it!! just
            take some time to
            realize that you 
            will get there one 
            day, it could be 
            today, tomorrow,
            maybe in a week 
            but you will get 
            there!!
