Uncle Agoos passed away recently. He is the father of my friend who introduced this app to me when I was 10 years old. He's one of my dad's best friends, and he let us live with his family when we first moved to the UK. I always got excited to see their family not just because I loved spending time with his kids, but also because he has the loveliest personality - soft, accommodating, and so, so kind. I didn't think I'd miss a close family friend figure like this, but I do.
Almost 21. Just finished season 1 of Fargo. Molly is beautiful. So was Vernt. I'm thinking about writing a piece on Substack about characters I love.
Also I didn't know I could even feel that little bit of jealousy against the opposite gender, but that's the cost of having liked a bisexual guy. Hahah. It's all good though.
19. Someone died today. Someone I've never met. He was one of my dad's tenants. In my dad's head, he was loud and may be quite manipulative. Through one of the other tenant's eyes, he was still loud, yet he was there to help him move in the first day - 'Biar saya bayar hutang dia kalau dia ada hutang dengan abang.' Today, another perspective has been wholely realized upon me. We are experienced differently by everyone. And if person A met you this way, and person B met you that way, through a phone call after your death, may each of them see you in a completely different light.
I'm 18 now. I was around 10/11 when I heard of this app. Things happen. Feeling existential. Anyone up for a conversation, send me a message.
