ah, it’s not appearing on my screen but hopefully it does on yours.
If not, the bold and italic words are:

“WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WITHOUT YOU?!?!?”

            “you.”
            “despise.”
            “DON’T, anywhere, you.”

Ah also another tip, make sure to bold and italicize words in certain situations. For example, the character being in great distress. You have to bolden their words.

            “ ?!?!?”

Another example is a character reallyyyy wanting their words to go through to someone. Could be an enemy of theirs, or whatever. It really emphasizes how the character much the character loves/despises/mad/and etc. at them.

            “I love .”
            “I you.”
            “I ’ wanna be , near .”

The bold and italic font really adds more personality and life into your characters. ^^
