I like to use my writing to escape from reality and to have fun. These past few years it's been harder to do so, especially as a queer woman living in Florida. I hate being so afraid all the time as I watch mine and others rights being stripped away. It's devastating and every time I think it can't get worse it does. I can't describe in words how sad and angry I am. My heart goes out to all of you that are also feeling this way. Take a few days or however long you need, go through your emotions, take care of yourself and the people around you. The fight will continue and we will not back down. My account will always be a safe space if you ever need to talk or just an escape. I love you all and never forget that you are valued and matter <3

Thank you all so much for 50k reads on Kid! That's absolutely wild. Also @Liamkim2574 is translating Kid into Spanish currently and you should totally check it out! Also I promise I'm alive and am working on the next chapter of Adult after a bit of a pause. Hey guys. Little important update on Kid and myself. A lot of things have been happening in my personal life lately (I feel like the AO3 curse is kind of catching up to me) but today (technically yesterday) something else unexpected happened and I was not at all emotionally prepared for it. I just finished writing the first chapter of Adult because writing is my therapy but I'm not sure when I'll have time to edit (these chapters are like triple the length of Kid chapters so great news for you but not for editing). I'll probably share a bit more when I finally update but for now I'm still processing and dealing with a lot of it. I just wanted you all to know so you don't think I'm abandoning you. Hope to see you soon <3
