something’s off and i don’t know what.
          or maybe i do… i just don’t feel like naming it. not to others. not even to myself.
          
          i thought writing this would make the weight on my shoulders lighter, but somehow i still feel guilty—like i’m burdening people just by saying i’m sad.
          
          it’s hard to admit, but maybe i just need a little empathy right now. i’m really sad.
          
          and i guess this is a safe place to say it, because no one here knows me personally.
