          But when memories she doesn't remember start bleeding into her reality, visions of a girl named Yexel Forbes and a man named Caius Russo who looks at her like he's known her all his life. Maia begins to question everything. Who is she, really? And why does Caius act like she's someone he's already lost?
          
          In a world where masks hide monsters and truth is a weapon, Maia must uncover who she was before The Society decides who she'll become.
