@matildasengland I love how you’ve done it in Half of Me. I think it’s really respectful and well written. Definitely captures the racing fear, the grief, the strength, and the joy that comes with it all. So like that sounds nice, however that looks. Some of the complexities we have (and trust me the list is loooooong so here’s just a couple) Autism level 3 with a nonverbal child until he was 5, borderline intellectual disorder, vision issues with potential blindness caused by 3 different issues, hearing loss - moderate not profound, a genetic disorder that’s never been documented before that is the cause of all of the above and more, CPTSD, severe scoliosis with spinal fusion required, and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (genetic connective tissue disorder). And that’s just for one of my kids and not all of what he’s faced. I feel seen in your story like I’ve not felt before, so thank you. You don’t have to use what I’ve written here but thank you for asking.

@matildasengland I’m new to the football world (or Soccer as we say in Australia haha). But I’m finding that I love it so much. So football based is great! And (like most of the world now I guess) I find that Haaland is my favourite player. He’s who drew me in with interest. He’s a flipping wall with green flag energy. Complex issues/disabilities being part of it would be kind of mind blowing. This is the first story I’m seeing that’s ever addressed anything like this. It’s refreshing and healing at the same time. If you want me to give you an idea of the complexities we’ve faced, I can. But it’s also your story, and I’m here for the read. Lol

            Hey, I do appreciate your commitment to my stories and wanting to keep up with them 
            
            Just to clarify, I’m not on a set schedule and this isn’t something I get paid for. I write when I have time and when inspiration is there, and sometimes that means certain stories take longer or get paused.
            
            A lot of work goes into each chapter, and I’d rather post when it feels right than force updates. I completely understand wanting regular updates, but if that’s what you’re looking for there are lots of other stories on Wattpad that update more frequently.
            
            I’ll keep posting when I’m able 

@matildasengland I know everyone gets busy, but I’m not sure what “update regularly” means to you?  To me that means at least once a week.  Here’s the list of stories I’ve been checking weekly for updates, the first 4 have not been updated since 2025 and the last 2 on the list are your most recent stories and it’s been almost 3 weeks since you’ve updates those even.

Yeah I’m not sure why, they show published on my end. I’ll republish them later just it’s Christmas here today so I’m not on my phone much.
