This a second account and I don't even know what to do with the first

I've been changing my phone language to french and then back to english on hopes I'd learn some french (that's what my french teacher recommended we do? dumb move honestly don't even try it, it's practically useless) and now it glitched and most of the apps on my phone refuse to go back to english and i'm stuck here trying to figure out what Aléatoire means
