Max Hasan was born to Palestinian parents and raised on the Southside of Chicago, where he acquired his love of illustration and writing as a means of keeping out of trouble. He lives with his wife Mandie... now on the Northside of the Windy City, still drawing and writing to keep out of trouble. AMERICAN GOLEM is his first novel.
