1. Plain t-shirts help a lot and baggy-ish pants. Straight cut jeans are great because they aren't tight around the ankles.
2. They aren't your real friends, but you may just need to explain more in detail about your gender identity. For some people, it will take time for them to understand. If your friends still don't understand then you just need to find someone who will accept you for you.
3. Then she isn't worth your love and affection. You maybe should drop hints that you are trans/questioning gender. Bring up a transgender topic to see her point of view. If the reaction is positive then you could maybe tell her you're trans/questioning if you're comfortable.
4. Little tips from me. Bring up a trans topic with friends, and if it's a positive talk about that you're questioning and you want to try different pronouns or name. If it's a negative reaction then maybe try talking to different people find someone that has a possibility of accepting you. Come out when you are ready and SAFE. Its ok not to have a label now or ever, do what makes you feel comfortable. You may not find a label that fits you for a while.
(I've had little to no experience with the questions you asked, but I answered to the best of my knowledge.)
Also, thank you I'm so glad that you liked my rant poem thingy. I hope things go well. If you have any more questions I will gladly answer them the best I can.
