hi everyone,
          
          hope you're all well. i have seen a small influx of people adding my fanfiction to their libraries and it's kind of motivated me to upload some of my current works on here, as i have grown a lot as a writer (or at least, i hope i have). i started this account when i was 13-14 and i will be turning 22 in a couple of weeks which is crazy !!!! 
          
          for my dissertation, i wrote a dystopian novel, which was heavily inspired by a story i wrote in my early teens. to redraft and improve it felt so special to me. i am thinking of uploading it here, but as an actual, complete short novel. i also have a bunch of other ideas that i'd love to write up !!

Is it only me who feels such a strong wave of nostalgia when looking back at previous conversations with people who have decided to delete their accounts on here?

My new story that will be uploaded here very shortly is going to be called 'Unlocked'. 
          Here is the blurb for it:
          "Jayda hasn't seen her brother, Lyle, in what seems like a lifetime, after he was seen entering a door that led him elsewhere. 
          
          With Dawn Town in poverty, there has to be a way for money to be made. It has to have a quirk, something that can make it stand out from the other areas. Doors. Hundreds of doors with no definite destination have been placed in the centre of Dawn Town; a perfect way to bring in money. With viewers across the country tuning in to see which unlucky child would be picked to choose a door to enter every month, the income that Dawn Town receives from this source of entertainment, it gradually becomes stable enough to feed and aid the population."
          
          Please let me know what you think of this, and if you are interested in reading this Dystopian themed short story.

          Recently, I've managed to publish a story of mine (not to be sold in stores) and I think the opportunity is amazing. My story is called 'The Last Image' and I may or may not have spoken about it before. If you are interested in a preview, please tell me. 
          
          Also, I have been working on a new dystopian type short story that is different to my previous works but I think you may like it.

my laptop is finally working properly again so i hope to get back to writing here in a month or so as i have entered NaNoWriMo and would like to put the focus of my writing on there for the time being. i hope you don't mind and i'm so so sorry for the countless excuses

I'm so sorry that I have been really inactive on wattpad recently, if you've even noticed haha. I'm in the middle of exams right now but fear not, I have some new upcoming stories that I will put up on here and I hope you will like them! I don't know if I'll be consistent with the fanfictions but hopefully during the summer, I'll try my best. I honestly hope that I become as addicted to wattpad as I was when I first joined because I honestly miss that feeling. So, I'm really sorry for the delays and absence but hopefully I'll be a bit more active. I also hope that you understand even though it might just seem like a lame excuse. But I'd rather create parts to my work that I think you'll enjoy reading and take my time rather than rush and create work that makes this evident. 
          
          The two works that I'm hoping to publish here will be consistently updated once I first put it up, definitely. I really hope you guys will like it because it's taking me a while to write them and I think they'll be different to the regular stories you read. I hope so, at least!
