Hey :)

I'm Maya. I'm almost fourteen. I look younger. I tend to write extremely depressing short stories which often instigate enquiries from alarmed English teachers about my home life. I am extremely short. I have written sweeran fanfiction in the past. Ok, that's a lie. I have an entire instagram account dedicated to writing sweeran fanfiction. You cringed, didn't you. That's ok. I cringe too.

I like reading and play the piano, guitar and flute. I actually am shockingly bad at two of those instruments but even some of my closest friends don't know which ones. I would tell you but I think the mystery element gives me a 'four from divergent' like persona so I'll keep that information to myself for now.

I am half Indian and Half English which should make me look like a Spanish princess but instead made me look like the two cultures had a battle using lightsabers and I was the result. I love cats for no particular reason. I read teen magazines and I am not ashamed to say so. I call some girls in my class 'the artichokes'. Yes, I do understand that this is highly offensive. I live in Australia and its not that great. My parents got divorced last year and now my mum is dating my old piano teacher and my dad has been nicknamed 'the panther'. Please don't try to figure out how that all happened. I love Harry Potter. I like to make a joke out of distressing things in my life. I have really odd obsessions with things- for example, I'm addicted mandarins and I love woolly hats/beanies/whatever obscure name they're called in your country.

Feel free to read my writing and since I've already embarrassed the hell out of myself on here, the sweeran instagram account is @sweeranfire :)
