Anyone got any tips 4 dealing with anxiety? I don’t have anxiety and I won’t deny it - it’s a serious matter that can sometimes affect lives - but I’m really anxious for 2 oral presentations tmr, and they’re both in two languages that I suck at (everyone else is noticeably better and ease me about it), I didn’t study or practice my lines and I know I’m gonna make a fool of myself. I don’t need that kind of embarrassment in my life, so I need some strategies to cope. I can’t sleep and seriously trying to find excuses to skip (I need more time 2 present).
