okay so obviously owe some people an explanation , those people will know who they are.
          
          Basically for the past 3ish months I have been in a really low place and practically burying myself in this bottomless hole. I’ve been struggling with my mental health and keeping my shit together. I joined wp for an escape, just somewhere to be myself . I met these really amazing people that I do genuinely care for and love. Around 2 or 3 weeks ago I realised my mental health is only going downhill faster than before, lately I started to lash out at the people around me and I realised that being on this app was consuming most of my energy causing me to get stressed and frustrated really easily. I left because I knew I needed a clean slate and in the new year start focusing on myself and my goals.
          
          I appreciate those who worry for me but I just want you to know that it’s okay, I’m going to be okay.
