(     mel  tilted  her  head  slightly,    thinking  of  her  own  version  of  dumpling.     she's  imagining  a   very  cute  cow,     not  really  sure  what  a  highland  looks  like.     she  zones  out  for a  minute  before  giving  a  polite  chuckle  towards  what  dennis  says  and goes  back  to  charting.     she  caught  the  next  question  and  glanced  back  at  him  briefly,     )     oh,     well,     y’know. . .     hang  out  with  my  sister,     watch  tv. . .     (     she  shrugs,     there  isn't  much  else.     between  work  and  being  a caregiver  there  wasn't  much  time  for  hobbies.     perhaps  work  is  her  hobby.     )     maybe  you  should,     it  could  be  good  for  you.     and  why  don't  you  just  tell  santos  to  quiet  down?     you  live  together,    i  don't  see  why  she  can't  be  courteous.          @huckleberries

            you would love him  ,   he’s like a emotional support animal  ..  [  dennis chuckled slightly just thinking about dumpling  .  ]   you wouldn’t be able to fit him in your house without breaking a few things ,  however he’s just like a big cuddly cow  .   [  dennis crossed his arms casually over his chest  .  he didn’t know a lot about mel’s personal life  .   he just knew that mel often did what her sister liked to do . ]  mel , what do  / you / like to do on your days off ? [ he questioned curiously  ,  he never really thought to ask before  .  but it seemed like a good time as any now . ]   hopefully i can get a duckling it’ll make santos spend more time with garcia , at garcia’s apartment instead of ungodly hours i endure listening to them .
