Sloth personified

Yo. Boy, do I have news for you. 
          
          So, I promised you a story near September, and I’m going to give you one. 
          
          But. 
          
          It’s not the story you think it’s gonna be. 
          
          You’re not going to see WIWOE for a while- I’ve realised I’m trying to make it too perfect, and writing and planning it whilst operating on a self-imposed deadline seriously stresses me out. 
          Writing is something I enjoy as a hobby, and the last thing I want is for it to become a task instead of something that calms me down. 
          
          And that’s why I’m bringing back The Necromancer of Dryadalis Terra instead. 
          
          With that story, I just let it flow, let the story evolve with each chapter. Everything there was made up on the spot, and I loved writing the characters. 
          
          I mean, I loved writing WIWOE but I was approaching the story differently, it was a different genre that covered different topics and issues, and again, I was trying to make it as good as books by authors like Douglas Adams (not actually, but you get the idea).
          
          But back on topic now. 
          
          For the people that followed me when TNODT was still up, you’ll get to see Mary Andrea Paige Sanderson (she’s very proud of her name) and Willow the Pillow, and all their friends and family all over again. 
          
          For my newer followers, you’ll get to meet them for the first time. I understand if that book isn’t the type you’d read, and that’s okay. I’m just bringing it back because writing that didn’t stress me out and I don’t wanna stop writing. 
          
          But yeah, TNODT is coming back, and I hope you guys are as excited for it as I am!

It’s Wednesday, my dudes!
          
          To those of you that responded, thank you! I really appreciate your feedback. I think I’m just gonna scrap that whole thing, although I might still keep it but do it a little differently. 
          
          The biggest thing that worries me is that is was in non-chronological order, and even I barely pay attention to that in books. Hell, I usually never even read the chapter title!
          
          But I was thinking that I could keep it in chronological order, but use it to show time skips between chapters or when two things happen simultaneously? I dunno. Again, feel free to give me some feedback if you wish. 
          
          I’ll probably just ponder over the decision a little bit more. I also recently churned out a chapter with 3k words, so I’m feeling pretty good.

          Here’s the question: you know the event thing I did in chapters for When I was on Earth? Like, the number after the chapter number, as in an event number but it wasn’t in chronological order?
          
          Yeah, that thing. 
          
          So did you guys like it? Did it help you visualise the story a little bit? I know we barely got into it, but did you feel like that made the story any better?
          
          Because I’m thinking of scrapping that part in the rewrite- so far I’m keeping all the chapters the same, just editing the grammar, but if you guys think the event number thing made it unnecessarily complicated then I’m happy to chuck it out. 
          
          Please tell me what you guys think?

Hi, you guys!
          
          So, as usual, I'm the bearer of bad news. If you'll look to my account you'll see that I currently have no published stories, because I unpublished WIWOE.
          
          I guess that's not really a surprise.
          
          But fear not! I swear I'm actually gonna do something with this story. I have so many ideas for it, and I really can't wait, and I haven't felt this excited or motivated to write something in ages so I assure you I'm going to get my butt to a chair and my fingers to a keyboard and write. 
          
          I took the story down for some editing, and I also needed to condense the first three informational chapters a little. I hope to get my story up by the end of September again- that will be the absolute latest. By then, I want to have more than half the story pre-written in chapters so I can write and edit and post chapters easily.
          
          I'm starting at a boarding school this September, and I'm starting my last four years of school and I'm switching from an American curriculum to a British one, and it's gonna be a pretty big change for me. I want to have some time to settle in and absorb what I can without having to worry about consistent updates.
          
          I'm sorry, guys, but I hope you understand! In the meantime, I'm thinking of starting a little book about facts and figures about the universe WIWOE will take place in. You can message me if you have any ideas and stuff!

Hey guys!
          
          So I have some news for you that you most probably will not enjoy. Sooo, I'm going on a trip (in my favourite rocket ship) and I'll be gone about a week. I'm not going to be able to update this weekend or the next. 
          
          Even though I may be back from my trip by next weekend, I am going on an extreme studying spree (yay!). I've decided the time for procrastination is over and stuff, and I'm going to get my work done and do some extra work and super studying so I ace life.
          
          Therefore, I will be inactive and on hiatus for a long time (we're talking months here). Maybe even until the start of summer. Even though I will be 'on a break' from Wattpad, I might occasionally post something. In this hiatus period you cannot rely on me so please do not expect an update at all. If I do post something there is no guarantee I'll post again.
          
          I'm sorry to disappoint you guys, but I kinda really need to study.

          I don't really like this one that much because I wrote it in a rush and I don't feel like I did my best with it, but whatever.

          Anyway, I posted this a little late because I'm super tired and exhausted and I hate track and field with all my heart. I'm pretty sure I pulled every single muscle in my body.

Hey, guys! So, I don’t like being the bearer of bad news but here goes:
          I won’t be able to update this weekend.
          I have a competition today and tomorrow and then a MUN resolution due on Sunday. I’m missing classes so I’ll have to make up for that and stuff, and I won’t have the time to update. 
          But I’ll probably update with a small chapter in the middle of next week, and then a longer update next weekend.

New chapter of WIWOE is up! It's a little (read: much more) shorter but just as action-packed, in my opinion, so I hope you like it!
