I just started reading your story and I really like the beginning. Dae’s character and her struggle with the village rules made me really curious about her future. The fae treaty and the idea of girls being taken every few decades is also really interesting and mysterious. I also noticed the bad feeling Dae had at the start of the day. Is that connected to the fae coming back for the Offering?
Oh that makes the beginning feel even more important. Dae’s bad feeling really stood out to me like it was hinting that something big is about to happen. The mystery around the fae and the Offering is so interesting already. Do you think Dae will sense the fae coming before anyone else does?
