Originally from a small town in West Texas; I discovered my love for writing at a very young age.  I always dreamed of traveling the world and leaving my tiny town past in my rear view mirror.  Through my travels I have learned some valuable lessons, that I often use throughout my stories. 
You can physically leave your hometown but it never really leaves you.  My past made me who I am today and while there are things I wish I could go back in time and shake the idiocy from my mind, I wouldn't because if we cant remember our mistakes how do we learn from them?
