          why you don't reset your phone? 
          a few days ago, I also had a problem like you, but everything was normal except the applications I installed were all missing and yes, important data in my internal memory is also not deleted

@pisau_jeff you don't bother me, I'mglad that you ask.I already change my HP LCD and even reset via google but no luck it still the same, my phone doesn't react when I touch the bottom of my phone. even though I have changed my HP LCD or reset via google.
