girl i read rheostat AGES ago and out of curiosity went back to remind myself of what happened in it and it was on the ending. the tears i shed the first time was insane. you should definitely look into having it published even if it means i cant read it for free. get your bag girl
Hey, if you made a Patreon account and people paid for read the story, do you think it would motivate you to write it again? You can always start from the beginning? It’s a genuine questions, because this was such a well written story that if a real heartbreak for you to give up on it. If it’s truly what’s you wish then put discontinued in the title so people know not to read it.

Meher don't do that take a break from writing . Write a few different short stories with the help of writing AI to get back on your writing Or write a few words paragraph randomly which doesn't make sense . Keep it on hold instead of discontinued. You left on climax but it's OK. All the best keep trying . May you succeed but don't abandoned this book please . Wish you all the best
@bunny1012345 yes tried all that even started a whole new book just to get back to writing but i lost that writing skill. it wont be back anytime soon. i suffered a similar case right after finishing rheostat, so im gonna wait another 4 years or so
@meher___ have you tried rereading it or trying to rewrite it jn drafts, maybe different names or a slightly different plot would help?

No one asked Aylin what happened to hepr in the 'boarding school'. They weren't eager to know about her life when she was in isolation from the family. None of them bothered to know how she had felt. Instead they wanted to play pretence and that she should just forget anything that has happened to her.
