Im considering dropping the sequel to the og book "in the deep" (i already have some of it written out) and putting the new book on like a temporary break (not a long break, just like a week or 2) and then i'll just write both books at the same time.
Anyone else up for that? (Since 71% of people voted for a sequel it only feels fair 😅)

☣ NEW BOOK RELEASING IN 1 HOUR ☣

SCENE FROM THE BOOK RELEASING ON FRIDAY:
Isamu stopped. His head lifted, dark eyes locking onto mine.
"You always this annoying and insufferable, or is it only with me?"
The irritation in his voice was genuine, but something else lurked beneath it-curiosity, maybe, or confusion.
I dropped the last ruler into the box with a clatter.
"Like you're one to talk. You look ridiculous in that stupid jacket, by the way."
The words came out bitter and desperate for an insult.
It wasn't true. Not even remotely. The jacket looked good on him-too good, the red fabric complementing his dark hair. But I couldn't think of anything else to say because his handsomeness felt like an unfair advantage, a weapon I couldn't counter.
He stood up, unfolding to his full height, and tugged at the hem of the jacket with deliberate care.
"Thanks for that super awesome opinion!" His smile was tight, strained at the edges, but his eyes sparked with something I couldn't read.
"I like it. I think it looks nice."

Sneak peek of a description for a new book idea:
(NOT DROPPING OTHER PROJECTS)
"You’ve just moved to a quiet town in Japan, leaving everything familiar behind for a fresh start.
Unfortunately, before you’ve even made it through the school doors, you’re introduced to one name everyone seems to know: Isamu Uchiumi.
You’re warned to stay away from him. Told that he's a Cruel bully.
So naturally, your first encounter with him goes horribly.
What begins as an innocent run-in quickly turns into a series of mishaps.
You and Uchiumi find yourselves in a heated academic rivalry.
But the more you cross paths, the more something feels...off.
Because the Uchiumi everyone warned you about doesn’t seem to be the same person you keep meeting. He's not cruel, nor a bully in the slightest.
Could the rumors everyone have spread been merely prejudiced assumptions?
What happens when the person you were warned to hate becomes the person you can’t stop thinking about?"
