Hey guys!! I am excited to start re-publishing and continuing my story, Immortal Dan, here. I started writing it in 2013. It was a massive undertaking with world building, outlining, and character development, and a crap ton of research. I began publishing individual chapters online around 2014-2015 with somewhat iffy success. (I'm disastrously terrible at self-promoting, so I didn't have a very large following before, but I'm trying to get better at it! Hi to the friends and family who've stuck around through all my bs!)
Life happens as it often does and unfortunately this project got shelved around the end of 2015 even through I still really liked it. The timing just wasn't exactly right, and you know what? That's okay! It's been eating away at my brain more recently, so I've decided 2021 is a good place to start again. I can honestly say that within the last seven years my writing has definitely improved, and it's gonna keep improving the more I do this.
For those who are new to the story, let me just say that this is set to be an epic. There are a lot of characters and drama will most certainly ensue. There will be backstory chapters spread out throughout the main story, seen through the eyes of the various colony members as they navigate through the pre- and post-apocalyptic days of their lives, and you'll start to learn more about the history of what happened and who's to blame.
I hope those of you who are willing to follow along will let me know what you think, and please feel free to ask me any questions or interact with me (please I'm lonely) as I post more chapters.
