I can't believe people are losing their shxt because I said “I hope to see some POC in the new Gollum movie”. Lmaooooo. I didn't say there had to be POC in the movie, I just said I hope to see some. But I clearly won't mind if there isn't any at all, because it's not the main focus.
Someone even said LOTR is based on real history and medieval times, so black people can't exist in the movies…..LOTR IS NOT BASED ON ACTUAL HISTORY! What is wrong with this fanbase? Omg! They are like the GoT ( ASOIAF ) fanbase. These people are insane. And many of them of course are being racist. I just can't. Tolkien would be disgusted with their behavior more than he would be with POC being put into a movie that can and will be remade in the future. But they don't see it that way.
QUESTION FOR LOTR FANFIC;
I cannot figure out whether I want to ship my oc with Frodo or Legolas (I am refusing to do a love triangle). I've been struggling really badly with who she would do best with. The oc is an elf and I cannot decide. On one hand, I think an elf and a hobbit would be a nice change from what I've seen and would be quite cute; on the other, I think Legolas would be a bit more romantic and intense.
What would you prefer? Please answer. I can't decide. It's hurting my brain.
@dragon457 I can definitely do a Frodo one first and a Legolas one later. I have too many books to finish so I don’t want to do two at a time. Plus Legolas already had that unwanted love triangle in The Hobbit. Lmao. I just want one focus. I’ll do Frodo. Thank you for commenting, I appreciate you so much.

Daryl Dixon fic needs to be worked on so bad. It’s been so long. I just lost all motivation for the second book. But I’ve seen so many people love the first book and read the second one, so I should really try to work on it while I work on two others.
I want to actually take the time and finish a book for once. Life has sucked but you guys don’t deserve to constantly be put on hold. I should make time and devote myself.
@melodyXriddle girl same!! I feel like this all the time. The moment a new idea pops up I'm getting so excited and I'll be super motivated and after the first few chapters it's getting hard to keep going (not always though, feeling really good about my new story lol). But it always feels like I'm disappointing my readers but that pressure makes it even worse. So yeah, I fully understand. Your plan sounds good though!! Aw stop, you're so sweet. But I'm feeling the same way <3
@samcrosfaith girl, I think the problem is I get so excited for a new story and I’ll end up focusing on it for months then I get burnt out and start to work on another one. Then I get super depressed because something happens and I just get writer's block. Since having a child, it’s been hard. But I will really do my best. I’ll try to work on one for a week, take a week off, and perhaps focus on reading other fanfics and actual books, then trade off. That way I’m not burning myself out. I'm blessed to have you though because you give me a lot of motivation and I feel like you are one of the few who actually understand.
