            the  more  buried  or  even  the  older  a  memory  is,   the  harder  it  is  to  access  it.   and  vice  versa,   the  
            more  prominent  or  recent  the  memory  is,  the  easier  it  is  to  see  it.   ⠀⠀⠀they  can  also  read  the  memories  of  someone   's   quirk,   therefore  seeing  how  they  developed  it  and  learning  how  it  works. 
            
            ⠀⠀⠀⠀however,   this  part  wouldn   't   quite  work  on  someone  like  izuku  or  eri   ,   due  to  their  quirks  being  accumulation  types.   as  they  were  given  the  quirk  rather  than  inherited  it,   they  cannot  read  it.
