Oh goodness me! my last book recommendation was in April! I've completely neglected this ever since and I'm sorry!
this month's book recommendation comes from right here on Wattpad!
          	 - A Secret Service - by Joymoment
          	https://www.wattpad.com/story/98593864-a-secret-service-completed

"I'm going to break your nose, because I don't like your face," Carter said.

          	 She pointed to Zac.

"I'm going to dislocate your other shoulder, just to make them even."

She cocked her head and gave the main guy a sickly sweet smile.

"I'm going to break your wrist, taking away your baseball career. And finally you, Finch," she said, looking to the last guy. "I'm going to bust your ankle because I don't like the way you walk." She slid her hands into her pockets. "Now, how does that sound to all of you? And please feel free to look amused, skeptical or patronizing at this point. I'll have all the more fun wiping the expressions off your faces."

As a daughter of a Secret Service agent, Carter knows how to defend herself and read people, two skills she uses to keep everyone at bay. This isn't difficult when she's the outcast at Hamilton Prep, a school filled with the children of D. C.'s elite. Including the President's son.
Her status as social pariah is changed when a flood of new students turn up at the school. Carter finds herself making two unexpected friends, Link and Donovan, who are unconcerned with where she falls on the social ladder and amused by her sharp wit and snarky comments.
The only problem is there might be more to them than meets the eye, a fact Carter doesn't fail to notice.

Carter Owens is a strong female character and one that I found myself being able to relate to. I really appreciate the way that the story is written as well as the plot itself which I find absolutely enthralling!

Hello Friends! Book Recommendation time!
April’s Book Recommendation is The Haystack By Jack Lasenby
I love this book for a multitude of reasons but the main two are that it’s an old fashioned based book ~ and those are my favourites. It’s easy to become absorbed in the story and in the world of the story which is definitely something that I personally look for when reading the book.
          Blurb:
It's the 1930s Depression, and Maggie's growing up without a mother in the little Waikato dairying township of Waharoa. Maggie has to make do with her father's friends, neighbours, and an old biddy who should know better but can't help herself.

Also I went and saw Five Feet Apart (twice) and It was absolutely AMAZING both times so please go and check it out because it’s absolutely incredible! Also check out this video if you have the time https://youtu.be/kD_Fr3VAsYM because it’s so eye opening and empowering
That’s all for this month lovelies!
Thanks for your support and I shall see you all very soon!

March Book recommendation time

          Five Feet Apart

Sooo....I haven’t actually read this book yet because I’m waiting for the movie to be released first as the book is based on the movie but please go and watch the trailer for five Feet Apart if you haven’t yet because it looks amazing and I can’t wait to go see it! It’s the first movie in a really long time that I’ve seen the trailer for and been like oh my god I need to watch that immediately! So yeah that’s that! Stay safe, have fun, and I’ll see you next month my dudes✌

Also Saving Grace is coming i swear! It’s just taking me a little longer than I thought and than I would like because of school (VCE stuff) and also because I’m on the competition team and have taken up another dance class so I’m doing double the amount of dance I was doing before but it’s fun and I love it! And I’m gonna go now, k, bye!

My second book is one that I just recently re read and is just a great book all round, it’s not an incredibly long book but it’s amazing nonetheless!

          2: Writing Clementine

Clementine Darcy is floundering. She wants to be the kind of fish who swims to the swish of her own fins - upstream, not simply carried along by the current.

But she is finding the swirling waters of school and home difficult to navigate: her friendship group is splintering, her brother Fergus won't leave his room, her sister's life is not as perfect as Clem thought.and then there's the New Boy, who is dapper and intriguing, but hiding secrets of his own. Clem is desperate for everyone - including herself - to be happy, but she discovers that her idea of helping doesn't always work as well as she imagined.

Can Clem be the girl she wants to be? Will she learn to accept that there are things she can fix and things she cannot? Will she find a way to know the difference?

Since February is both my birthday month and the month that I have decided to start this I’m going to recommend two of my all time favourite books,

          1. Head in the clouds
Adelaide Proctor is a young woman with her head in the clouds, longing for a real-life storybook hero to claim as her own. But when a husband-hunting debacle leaves her humiliated, she interviews for a staid governess position on a central Texas sheep ranch and vows to leave her romantic yearnings behind.

When Gideon Westcott left his privileged life in England to make a name for himself in America's wool industry, he never expected to become a father overnight. And five-year-old Isabella hasn't uttered a word since she lost her mother. The unconventionality of the new governess concerns Gideon--and intrigues him at the same time. But he can't afford distractions. He has a ranch to run, a shearing to oversee, and a suspicious fence-cutting to investigate.

When Isabella's uncle comes to claim the child--and her inheritance--Gideon and Adelaide must work together to protect Isabella from the man's evil schemes. And soon neither can deny their growing attraction. But after so many heartbreaks, will Adelaide be willing to get her head out of the clouds and put her heart on the line?
