@ishpwreen outing undoubtedly helps, I feel the same. But, putting phone down is a real challenge ( absolutely impossible ). To manage it somehow, I’ve turned off all my notifications ( that's the reason I can’t always reply instantly to you )  And actually I am rarely home these days and I am kinda worried cos basically I have studied nothing these winter, and it's actually problematic ( I have to work on it and hope you are doing good at your studies unlike me)
            
            I’m genuinely happy you didn’t cry this New Year. Women crying is something I can’t stand to see. Knowing you were happy makes me glad too.
            
            

@ishpwreen Thank God I'm happy to know that you are good and I'm more happy that you're enjoying your winter break and going for outing it's really an awesome activity to do and I'm also happy to know that your past week was fun I'm happy for you and by that I also realised that i should also do outings too whenever I get a chance because it heals us more to be in the real world with our loved ones and staying away from phone is really one of the best ideas I'll try to do the same too thanks for reminding me this important thing that going out really heals I'm away from home and friends i also want to start taking tiny outings to feel more grounded and sane and to feel happy anyways my New Year also went amazing too and you were also one of the reasons for it your loving messages made my New Year better this is one of the new year's where I didn't cry and i was happy the whole day and at the end of the last year too I'm grateful to God ❤️

@ishpwreen Hello! Am doing great, just haven’t been updating because I’ve been enjoying my winter vacation. The past week has all been fun, break, and basically ditching my phone for some outing. Hope you’ve been doing well too! And how's your new year going?

@ishpwreen Just want to remind you how incredibly proud they are of you for pursuing your goals in that new place. And you will thrive, I know, time will do its work, sooner or later everything will work out. And hope you befriend some good people ( best if u have already befriended a few ) You just have to remind yourself of your purpose, just know every setback is making you the human you are meant to be. 
            
            Honestly, idk much but to stay strong, establish a routine (if u haven't) that includes study time, exercise, and activities you enjoy. Obviously you will remain connected with your loved ones through calls/ messages. Why don't you join some local clubs or groups related to your interests?
            
            And it will take time but you will get used to it. Every challenge you face now is shaping you into the person your future self needs. Everything will pay off, and when you achieve your dreams, it will all be worth it. It won't only make you proud but also to those who love you back home. So go get what yours out there and if you feel down, share — to anyone you feel comfortable with.
