Whoever read this I really really hope, you guys won't face the same situation as me.. Please, 
          	
          	I work at preschool, not as a teacher but as the assistant.. My job is literally to cook food for the kid, serve them and assist them for whatever they need.. Before this, way before this, I have a really good relationship with my partner, the teacher.. I treat her like I treat my siblings and she's a good friend of mine at my work place.. Then one accident happened when I couldn't text her on time.. She immediately blocked my number and refused to talk to me for three day.. i already apologize to her, crying my heart out and we became good after that.. Two weeks later, she blocked me again because I didn't greet her.. Said that my text sounds like a command.. Again she blocked me, give me silent treatment for a week and I burst into tear while apologizing.. We became good again and now the third time.. Exactly a week after, she blocked me again because I didn't answer her phone call.. 
          	
          	I'm honestly tired.. What would you do if you were me? I tried everything I can to make her satisfied and yet, I don't think she stop doing it in the future.. I wish to never she her face again.. Should I apply to different schools?

@merelyjustice my others coworker didn't want me to leave.. They told me to fight for my rights.. I love them but I also want to move.. I really thought it is good for my mental health.. I wanna see new face, new environment..

@merelyjustice I wish I could stay but knowing her for over 5 year, her ego wouldn't let admit her wrongdoing.. Inside the building, she thought she own it, she thought she's my boss.. We are coworker for damn sake!! Just because she is a teacher doesn't mean her level is high from me.. We still under headmistress.. She's playing with my mentality..
