* i think the last time she would've heard her name was when she graduated with her bachelors and was recognized in the top 1% of her graduating class.. so yeah, a little over 10 years.

/⠀;⠀it’s okay, I understand. I’m also kinda slowly going into revamping a few accs and roleplays as well. However, I’m doing well && I do hope you are the same. Though, if you aren’t I understand and hope you have someone to lean on to talk to, yk. Also yes, it has been a while.

* jen biggest red flag? it's probably how some of her actions can be considered as stalkerish or eager will of interest.

methucofio

* this is why she ain't never revealing her true identity.

* SUDDENLY. KÖNIG IS ELEVEN YEARS OLD, watching CARL FRIEDRICH run away with his favorite knife. *

“who—— the rookie?” [she asked, sparing the new recruit one last glance behind her shoulder before reflecting her full attention back to könig.] “he's young, a lost puppy trying a bit too hard to fit in with the rest of the big dogs too quickly.” [explaining her brief observations about the new recruit, displaying her obvious disinterest. all she could give was a simple shrug; nothing more.] “not my type. why? what's the matter?”

“i'll call you back.. later——” [she finally speaks up, concluding her silence with the fulfilling sound of her voice. but before the latter could even speak another full sentence, the line draws dead, hanging up on them.. once again. perhaps third time's a charm(!) at least, for when she eventually returns the call to finish their conversation.]

[without any further interruption, it was now just the two. blurring out the rest of her surroundings to fully account for the man in front of her. her smirk? oh, now it was to slowly turn into a more innocent facade of a smile, also tilting her head ever so slightly. still withholding the same museful visage, but with subtle changes for the sole purpose to create tension.]

[a few steps retrace back, closing that distance to now meet her favourite colonel face to face. A MOMENT OF SILENCE, for she did not speak─── allowing her expression to do the talking instead. she wore a look, a museful one; it was a look she wouldn't give to just anyone, one that was to highlight the smirk on her lips and the intense stare she gave.]

[a muffled voice of a male could be heard through the other end of the line during her silence, speaking on updates of previous business inquiries while throwing in casual conversation to lighten the serious mood. HOWEVER, as jen was no longer responsive with her attention to another, they began to call her name: once, twice, and then thrice. a series of concerns “JEN?,” “JENNIFER?,” “MS.WANG?,” “HELLO?,” “IS EVERYTHING ALRIGHT?,” “ARE YOU OKAY?” followed suit—— the use of both informal and formal name usage was an indicator that the man on the other line was on good terms, good enough to be able to throw her name out as freely as they did.]
