Does anyone know the feeling of when you hold your phone in your hand, as if it were another persons hand, just to not feel like you are completely alone, at least for a moment? 

If I feel that something is going to happen.... and this feeling is so strong that whenever I think of what is going to happen my heart hurts.... would that mean that I'm just imforming it or that it's really going to happen? 
          I wish I knew
