I remember reading this really good book, but I can't seem to remember the name so if anyone finds it please tell me. It was about this guy who's gay, has an older brother i think named Jacob, um 1 female friend and 2 male friends, his dad runs a mafia and his mom was killed when he was young, he has an outgoing personality and makes very sexual jokes. He falls in love with another guy who I think is named Xavier and he also runs a mafia and the first meet in a hotel room.
