this is my personal opinion on “all lives matter”. yes, all lives matter. of course they do. but when you only bring it up when people are talking about how blm, it defeats the whole purpose. nobody is saying that your life doesnt matter. nobody said that your life is perfect. but think about why people are saying black lives matter in the first place, its because people in society make them feel like they dont. 90% of the people saying “all lives matter” don’t even believe that they do. they are just trying to justify oppression and turn the attention back on them. if you truly believed that all lives mattered you would understand that black people/poc are being oppressed and KILLED by the people who are supposed to protect them, all because of their skin. (i apologize for taking so long to be vocal about this but if anyone needs to talk/ rant im here❤️)
