If that doesn't work you could always try the opposite. By that I mean watch something that has nothing to do with what you're writing, because as far as me and my autism go, I've found that my brain likes to come up with random ideas for things that have nothing to do with what I'm actually doing in that moment. And if you have Disney + I would recommend White collar
