@ upenyasass Heyy there :)) well for me, I've always had a slim body and a flat stomach, ever since I hit puberty. And in order to keep it that way, I try to avoid eating fast food and bread, and drinking soda as much as possible, and instead eat a lot of protein food, veggies and fruits. In my opinion, nothing is better than homemade food :) also, I try not to eat between meals, so I just stick to breakfast, lunch abd diner. As for working out, I mainly use cardio machines, especially treadmills and elliptical machines for about 1 hour, twice a week. But it all comes back the person's metabolism. So you need to boost it in order to be able to lose weight. I hope all of this can help you. Have a great day :))
