Hello there.  I admire that you put on your profile you wish for writing tips.  Do you keep a dream journal?  I'll admit that my best stories come from my dreams. Then I'll surf the net for an image to help me remember the plot of the story, and I'll put in a brief description of it to save for later.  Mary Shelly I believe, did that as well.  The monster of Frankenstein she happened to see in her dreams.  He was "a broken man" wandering in the wilderness.
