Mary Wimbley is the original instigator of the Midnight Daze series. Her best friend in the entire universe, Jaime Barfield, joined in on the madness several years ago, and they've been co-writing this mess ever since. 😂



This series was fanfiction once upon a time, but it has since evolved into an original series. After years upon years of trying to finish Book 1, Shadows of the Past, and get it ready to self-publish, Mary and Jaime finally had a heart-to-heart and decided they care more about getting this series out into the world for readers to enjoy than about publishing it for profit (at least for now). Therefore, they decided to convert the series into a serial and post it here on Wattpad!
