stop beating yourself up babe, just use the face claim even if they’re “overused” it’s your fic, your story, your character. if the face claim fits, it fits. 
          
          as writers we put pressure on ourselves because of face claims, don’t, it’s not worth it, just do what you love, if someone doesn’t like it, they don’t have to read it. there will always be readers who are interested. ❤️
