i was going to write a small christmas themed bonus chapter for ‘everything has changed’ and post it on my tiktok just as a fun extra thing but not gonna lie work has been awful and i’ve been getting called in EVERY DAY to cover so it just hasn’t happened as i haven’t had time to finish it but i just wanted to ask would people still care for it even if it’s like a week late or should i just focus on ACTUAL ehc&dbm chapters so i can get them republished and updated???

@midnightsforeverr and im sorry about workk if you need a break from writing absolutely take it. it seems really stressful and again i apologize that you have to put up with the curse of employment........ but, don't feel like you owe anyone anything. its a blessing that you're publishing the beautiful works of art you make for FREE on wattpad for everyone to see, so take as long as you need

@midnightsforeverr personally i think you should do whatever, if you were looking forward to the christmas chapter definitely do it!! writing something YOU want rather that something others want will definitely help with your motivation for future chapters. i would still love and read it no matter how late the christmas chapter is because its still an ehc chapter and ill forever look forward to every single one you post

i’ve decided to TEMPORARILY unpublish ‘everything has changed’ and ‘don’t blame me’. honestly over the past few months, writing and trying to keep going with it has just felt like chucking damp logs onto a fire and hoping it’ll keep it burning. i’ve been considering deleting them for a while, but decided this was a better option so i could try to start fresh. i do love these fics a lot and writing has always been special to me but at this point in my life im just incredibly busy and tired and burnt out. i know five months is excessive but i did not realise how difficult it would be to manage hobbies alongside the courses im taking.
i really do want to complete them eventually and will republish as soon as i have the time to keep going with them. i feel very mirrorball by taylor swift.
