long time no see! the first semester has *finally* come to an end, and i couldn't be happier bc SO much has been going on at once (which has also taken a toll on my mental health and academic performance)!
anyway, fed up w balancing college AND conventional work in the caribbean—just over a week ago i've, in deciding to take a step towards making my passions into my livelihood, created a patreon (linked below) where i'll be sharing some of my original works & opinion pieces from the caribbean eye. things that i've been producing since before *and* after i last put out anything new on here.
as a member, you can expect to see spur of the moment but *quality* essays & maybe articles (entering my journalism era, but i'll do topic polls prior to publication), cultural exploration writings (music & dance, dialect & language learning, as well as ways of life), and raw & compelling writing inspired by my ups and downs (be it poetry, short stories, snippets of novel/las, or even one-shots that i have NO plans to take further but i'm fed up of just having them lying there), amongst more!
