Hello! I'm Elliott, a student who wants to pursue a career in the arts!

Writing is practically breathing to me, and I thought I'd post some of my stuff on here to get some constructive feedback. I enjoy writing realistic fiction, occasionally with some horror or supernatural elements. I go heavy with symbolism and figurative language, and much of the plots I use center around development of the character(s) involved. 

Some of my favorite authors include Jack Kerouac, Ernest Hemingway, Donald Ray Pollock, Mark Twain, and Charles Bukowski. My favorite poets are Richard Siken, Billy Collins, Allen Ginsberg, and Charles Bukowski.
