I’ve been absent so sorry for that, I’ve been really lacking on reading too which has been awful but my mental health has taken such a turn in the last few months and I’m so busy with lots of things now. I haven’t gotten to uni or found another job because of my mental health state. It has been a few tough months and I’m still barely holding up but lots of therapy sessions are definitely helping! I’ve found out that October is the mental health awareness month for depression and I just wanted to come on here and say that if you’re feeling alone, and battling with depression or any other mental health issues I’m here to talk. I know that it’s not easy, as someone who has been diagnosed with clinical depression and is having suicidal thoughts. I’m very proud of you for still holding up and trying *heart emoji*.
