Shattered Dreams

I definitely read them over and over. I like all of them but for some reason, The Scout is different and fun to read. Keep doing what you do best and I’ll keep reading.

Thanks Bob, my imagination is odd in that it needs a break after being in a story for a few weeks.  So I work on another story, then rotate between them.  I’m sure it drives some of my readers nuts……‍♀️

Thanks Alan!!  I appreciate all the info you’re giving me!!  I’ll try to incorporate a press scene.
            I’m taking Tim off in a different direction
            as the story wraps up.   Ty is done with him and is very protective of his pregnant fiancé.
            Ty has dug up some dirt on Tim and tells him to stop coming around.
            Amy finds out and is not happy with Ty.
            She has a plan to help her father and she is insisting Tim be at their wedding.  Ty is left  despising Tim but loving Amy unconditionally.  He reluctantly goes along  with her plan.
            
            I was told Ty gave her a huge ring a while back she didn’t like to wear so I had him give her a smaller one.

Yes we’re all nervously wondering too. 
            My opinion is HL will end when Amber says it will.

I have seen all of Season 15. Episodes 7 and 10 were my favorite because they both contain a fair amount of Ty storyline. Season 16 is a go and will have 15 episodes. Between the extra episodes and Heather Conkie starting a new project for the Hallmark channel soon it makes me wonder if 16 will be the last. Time will tell!!

Sounds like a good plan. Keep up the good work.  I prefer reading your work then watching Heartland post Season 13. Graham leaving therefore Ty dying really sucked.

Thanks for your input Mike!!  I’ve struggled with what to do with L&J.  My current plan is to write an occasional chapter.  I’m retiring next year and need to see how that plays out as far as available time for writing.  I decide then.
            In the early chapters I resented LNGU, it was hard getting into it and the lady who went on & on requesting I write it……never read it!! Weird!!
            But after I got rid of Cole (I wanted to punch that smart a$s kid myself lol).  I slowly got into the story & loved the ending.
            It surprises me it’s your fav chapter. 
            Thank you for that!!   
            But yes my intentions are to focus on SD’s & the Scout for a while.  We have lengthy outlines of each story with many chapters ahead for each.
            I’ve developed many extra characters & that adds longevity to the stories, IMO.
            BTW, I enjoy reading your comments and others as it gives me feedback on what readers like about the stories. 
            The first time Jim and Kim (my editors) read about Ellie and saw that I intended Ty to kiss her.
            They went freaking nuts!!  But I stayed the course & created Heath for Amy to kiss.
            Got to have drama!!  

With all that being said. I do think you should bring Lyndy and Jackson to a quick close. Now that Love Never Gives Up is finished I feel you should just focus on Shattered Dreams and The Scout. You could run with these two for quite some time. Thanks for sharing.
