He fucking love her. The fact that he wasn’t able to tell her how he felt makes it even worse. They both deserved so much better.
I hope at least Mikasa is doing ok because I her in those last panels next to Eren’s gravestone, and then I realised that he was burried under the tree from episode 1. I also found out what Mikasa wrote on his gravestone this:
