Take the pic u want, and then upload it onto a background remover. Then download the one with the transparent background. Go to canva and open up an album template, and upload the transparent pic to it. Then search the flag you want on Google, and copy and paste it onto the template. Resize it and make it as big as possible, and then click on the image you want and put in in on top. Make that as big as possible to accommodate the whole flag. Then download or screenshot your work and put into wattpad profile pic. If it is off center, then delete the download or screenshot and move the pic around and try again until it fits.
