to better improve a system that is failing so many people, even though it may not be apparent to some people, is to take a step back and recognise that these mistakes have patterns, and that it is something that is becoming a serious issue. the police system needs to be defunded in order for it to be better and do its job correctly. there is too big of task placed onto police by defunding them and using that money to fund something else such as an on call mental health team, crisis teams, etc. that are able to reach everyone’s needs, this way it would better provide to a lot of people. people that are poc, people that are disabled, people on the autism spectrum, people of the lgbtq+ community, and a lot of to other people. the main goal of acab is to realise the police systems patterns and wrong doings and attempting to correct them, so that more people aren’t heavily affected from their actions.

we're not saying fucking remove all cops immediately- we're fighting for a world that police (with this amount of responsibilities) are not needed
          if a policeman does their job, and prevents a rape like they are supposed to, congrats, they did what they were supposed to, sure if it happened to me i'll be grateful. but I'm not going to stop fighting for a world that doesn't need them.

 acab is not just about calling cops shit people for working for a system that jeopardizes the lives of thousands of poc. it's promoting replacements and supplements, like mental health professionals, rehab centers, and better monitoring of people's emotional status and accessible mental health to alleviate the need for a proffesion that is legally allowed to kill you for sometimes no reason. 

you aren’t fucking any kind of alt, emo, punk, goth if you actively stand against minorities. 
          
          by saying and contributing to police brutality you are apart of the problem.
          
          there is a reason acab exists.
          
          it exists in order to abolish a system that continues and has failed so many people, that had abused its power, that wrongs minorities.

          and i do understand that there can be decent people working under a police system but while they are working and contributing to that horrible system they are corrupt by association. there is no way around it.
          
          stop saying blue lives matter, just say you’re racist and move on.
